A partner programme
at the beginning of it.
We are not going to show you a wall of logos we do not have. What follows is what a partnership with LexVio actually consists of — which capabilities you would be reselling or building on, and how the conversation goes if you want one.
What a partnership is made of.
Five tracks, because a CA practice reselling compliance monitoring and an integrator deploying an air-gapped Helm chart are not doing the same thing. Every capability listed below has its own page — open it before you commit to anything.
CA & CS firms
Practices already carrying client compliance calendars, ROC filings and GST work, where the bottleneck is reviewer hours rather than knowledge.
- ✓Compliance monitoring across SEBI, MCA/ROC and GST with alerts 14 days before each deadline
- ✓Tax reasoning over your clients' actual contracts and filings — Income Tax, TDS, GST, Ind-AS and DTAA
- ✓One organisation, multiple isolated workspaces, so each client's documents stay separated
Law firms & chambers
Firms that want AI on drafting and research but cannot put client documents into something they have not inspected.
- ✓Firm-wide contract review, court research and matter workflows on shared tooling
- ✓Research and review delivered to clients under your own branding, on PDF and DOCX exports (beta)
- ✓Firm-branded watermarks and recipient-tagged prints on anything shared out (beta)
- ✓Role-based access with per-folder overrides and an immutable activity audit log
Agencies & advisory consultancies
Teams that already deliver legal and compliance work as a service and want the AI layer under their own name.
- ✓White-label and resell LexVio's legal AI to your clients under your own brand (white-label export is in beta)
- ✓Agency dashboards to manage client work, contract reviews and compliance tracking in one place
- ✓Matter management to group contracts, research and compliance items per client
System integrators & enterprise IT
Implementation partners rolling LexVio into a regulated environment where the deployment target is not negotiable.
- ✓Helm-chart deployment inside the customer's own Kubernetes, licensed by RS256-signed heartbeats
- ✓AIR_GAPPED mode with no outbound telemetry, analytics or error monitoring
- ✓Inference routed to a self-hosted LLM instead of Anthropic where the customer requires it
- ✓SAML 2.0 SSO and SCIM 2.0 provisioning against the customer's existing identity provider
Technology partners
Products that want LexVio's analysis inside their own workflow rather than as another tab their users switch to.
- ✓REST Intelligence API with per-org keys, scoped access and rate limiting per key
- ✓HMAC-signed outbound webhooks on scan-complete, alert-fired, deadline-hit and more
- ✓The free template library over a public JSON API, licence and disclaimer travelling with every response
Become a partner.
There is no application portal and no scoring rubric. There is a contact form, a working session on your own documents, and terms written down before anything starts.
Write to us through the contact form and pick 'Partnership' as the topic. What we need first is the shape of your practice or product — who your clients are, what work you would put through LexVio, and which of the tracks above is closest.
We run your real documents through the product with you and show you where it holds up and where it does not. If the fit is wrong, that session is where it becomes obvious, and we would rather find out then than after a contract.
Referral, resale or integration — terms are agreed in writing for each partnership rather than assigned from a published tier table. On-prem and white-label deployments require a written enterprise agreement covering licensing, support and updates.
Workspace setup, SSO and SCIM configuration where relevant, and a route to our engineering team for anything the documentation does not answer. Enterprise on-prem deployments get a dedicated support engineer.
In the interest of not wasting your time
This programme is new. There are no published tiers, no margin tables, no certification levels and no partner directory, because inventing any of those would tell you nothing true. Commercial terms are agreed per partnership, in writing.
White-label export and firm watermarks are marked beta on the feature inventory and are labelled beta here too. On-prem deployment and white-label delivery both require a written enterprise agreement. If you need a capability that is not live yet, the roadmap is the honest answer about when.
