What it is.
Nexus is LexVio's portfolio engine. Where Vio talks to one document, Nexus talks across your whole vault. Ask "which of our MSAs are missing arbitration clauses?" or "show me every NDA signed since April with a non-compete" and get a ranked list of hits with snippets.
Search blends semantic embeddings with traditional keyword and clause-type indexing. Results are filterable by counterparty, matter, jurisdiction, signed-date, and document type.
Three steps.
End to end.
Plain-English question or a clause-type filter. Nexus translates it to the right blend of vector + keyword search.
Ranked snippets with highlighted matches. Click a hit to open the source document at that clause.
Add filters (counterparty, matter, jurisdiction). Save the query as a Nexus Insight that re-runs on a schedule.
