Case Intelligence Studio
LiveRead the matter's documents once into verified facts, then get issues, claims, contradictions, evidence gaps and a chronology — every row yours to edit.
- ✓Facts extracted once per document text, with verified quotes and page references
- ✓WhatsApp exports and .eml headers parsed deterministically
- ✓Case analysis versions with a diff: issues, claims, contradictions, evidence gaps
- ✓Person-owned rows — edits are never overwritten, stale rows are flagged, not deleted
What it is.
Each case document is read once into facts. A fact taken from a document counts as verified only when its quote is actually found in the text, and it carries the page it came from; a quote that is not there is dropped and counted. A WhatsApp export becomes one fact per message with no model call. A model's inference is labelled as inference, and a date never gains a day the document did not state.
A case analysis is a version, not a document: each run reads the verified facts and proposes issues, claims, contradictions between facts, and evidence gaps, with a diff against the last version. A person owns those rows — an edited row is never overwritten, a row the next run no longer mentions is flagged stale rather than deleted, and a contradiction you reviewed keeps its verdict. The chronology, claims matrix and evidence centre are views over the same facts. When new evidence arrives on a matter with an analysis, a fresh version is scheduled and tells you what changed.
Three steps.
End to end.
Case analysis reads documents on arrival only for matters where it is switched on — new litigation and arbitration matters default to on, because reading costs model calls.
One run reads the verified facts and proposes issues, claims, contradictions and gaps. Anything it cites that is not a verified fact of the matter is dropped.
Edit or withdraw rows, mark contradictions reviewed, and send an evidence request to the client through the portal.
