Drafting from the matter
LiveDraft from the matter's verified facts, with every factual sentence linked to its source, a deterministic check, and a lawyer → client → approved review chain.
- ✓Only verified or confirmed facts reach the prompt
- ✓Sentence-level support links to facts
- ✓Placeholders for what the matter lacks
- ✓Deterministic draft check — names, dates, amounts, courts, citations, annexures, relief
What it is.
The drafting context is a list of the matter's verified facts, issues, claims, evidence, orders and research links. Untick what should not be used; nothing unticked and nothing unverified reaches the model. Each factual sentence in the draft is linked to the facts it rests on, and what the matter lacks appears as a bracketed placeholder, not a guess.
The check is code, not a model: near-miss party names, case numbers, dates, amounts, addresses and courts not in the facts, sentences with no support, citations, annexures against the bundle, and relief with no claim. The review chain runs from AI-generated to checked, lawyer review, client review, approved and final. Approval records who, when and the text's fingerprint, and an edit after approval must be re-approved. Client review happens in the client portal.
Three steps.
End to end.
Untick facts or documents you do not want used.
Every factual sentence is linked to its facts; run the check against the current text.
Submit to lawyer review, send to the client if required, approve and finalise.
