What it is.
Every clause in your contract gets a per-clause risk verdict: red (block / renegotiate), amber (worth a second look), or green (standard). Each verdict includes a plain-English explanation, a confidence score (low / medium / high), and a reference to the relevant Indian statute or precedent if applicable.
Risk scoring runs over the parsed clauses produced by the scanner. There is no separately trained scoring model — the analysis prompt is assembled with the applicable-law context for the jurisdiction the document resolves to, which for an Indian contract is the Indian statutory framework rather than a generic commercial fragment.

Quick answers.
Record the disagreement — clause feedback is captured against the clause. It is not used to train or tune a model, because nothing in the product trains on your content.
It catches a subset — missing clauses, contradictions, definitional gaps. Implied tax or compliance risks fall to Tax AI and Compliance AI respectively.
