Lexvio mobile app
SoonOne app for both products on Android and iOS. Not on either store yet — an Android build is with testers.
- ✓One codebase for Android and iOS; one app for both editions, resolved after sign-in
- ✓Sign-in by email code; a biometric lock on top
- ✓Home grid ordered by profession
- ✓Every desk surface has a phone screen — the 2026-09-14 build
What it is.
Lexvio is one app for both editions: you sign in, and the product you see is decided by your organisation, not by which app you downloaded. Sign-in is a one-time code sent to your email. The home screen is a grid of tiles ordered by your profession, and since the September 2026 build every surface on the desk has a screen on the phone — the ones that make more sense at a desk say so on screen rather than dead-ending. Record a meeting from the phone's microphone, work your task list, open a matter, read your vault, photograph a contract and send it for analysis, ask Vio.
It is not on the Play Store or the App Store yet. An Android build is with testers; no iOS build has been distributed, and there is no release date we would put in writing. When it ships, updates are governed by the server: an old build is nudged to update, given a grace period, and eventually blocked — and a required update never signs you out, because the sign-in and refresh paths stay open through the block.
Three steps.
End to end.
Enter your email, type the code it sends you. Sign-up, organisation creation and plan choice stay on the web. A biometric lock can guard the app after that; it is an entry convenience, not the credential.
The tile order comes from your profession. The menu is served by the server, so what is locked, not part of your edition, or not built yet is stated, never guessed.
The vault list is kept on the phone so it opens offline — the list, not the files. Push notifications for tasks and meetings open the screen they are about.
What you get.
- ✓One codebase for Android and iOS; one app for both editions, resolved after sign-in
- ✓Sign-in by email code; a biometric lock on top
- ✓Home grid ordered by profession
- ✓Every desk surface has a phone screen — the 2026-09-14 build
- ✓Record meetings and read the transcript and minutes as they arrive
- ✓Tasks, matters, the vault (list kept offline), Vio
- ✓Photograph a contract or pick a file and send it through the same accept list as the desk
- ✓Push notifications that open the task or meeting they are about
- ✓Server-driven update gate: nudge, required-by-date, then block; a required update never signs you out; offline never blocks
Quick answers.
Not yet. An Android build is being tested by hand; the iOS listing does not exist. We are not going to put a date here we cannot keep — this page will say Live when a store link is real.
No. The app starts at the sign-in screen. Sign-up, organisation creation and plan selection stay on the web, because the edition of a new organisation is stamped from the site it signs up on.
Partly. The vault list is stored on the phone and reads offline; the documents themselves, analysis and Vio need a connection. A failed update check never blocks the app.
