Vio — Ask any document
LiveConversational Q&A over a single contract or matter with cited answers.
- ✓Cited answers — every claim links back to a clause in the source document
- ✓Refusal mode — won't fabricate clauses that aren't in the document
- ✓Follow-up questions — Vio remembers the thread within a session
- ✓Highlight + ask — select any clause and ask Vio to explain just that bit
What it is.
Vio is LexVio's AI copilot. It sits inside a document and answers questions in plain English — "what's the liability cap?", "is there an arbitration clause?", "what's the termination notice?". Every answer cites the clause it came from.
Unlike a generic chatbot, Vio is grounded in the actual text in front of it plus the Indian law model. It will refuse to invent a clause that doesn't exist, and will tell you when a question can't be answered from the document.
Three steps.
End to end.
Pull up a contract from the vault or paste fresh text into the scanner. Vio attaches automatically to whatever you're viewing.
Type a natural question. Vio runs over the parsed clauses, finds the relevant passages, and produces an answer grounded in the document text.
Every answer comes with clause references. Click a citation to jump to the exact section. If the document doesn't support an answer, Vio says so instead of guessing.
