Contract health cards & negotiation playbook
LiveOne card per clause type with the quote behind each finding, a playbook for the negotiation, and a renewal pack built from the record.
Plan availability. Building the negotiation playbook with the model uses the Negotiation feature, which is on all four published plans.
- ✓Health cards per clause type with quotes and verdicts
- ✓Contradicted findings shown but not counted; unassessed items not debited
- ✓Negotiation playbook seeded from your approved positions
- ✓Playbook conflicts escalate redline suggestions
What it is.
Health cards turn a contract's analysis into one card per clause type, each finding shown with its quote and the weakest verdict. A finding that was contradicted is shown but does not count, and a checklist item the analysis never assessed is "not assessed" rather than a debit. The score sits under the cards with its basis.
The negotiation playbook for a contract seeds from your approved clause positions and fallback ladder, then adds model suggestions over the contract's own clauses; your edits survive a rebuild and a deleted item is not re-seeded. Redline rounds read the playbook, and a suggestion that conflicts with a do-not-accept item escalates. The obligation tracker shows which obligations still lack their required evidence. The renewal pack aggregates the record and rejects a summary that states a number the facts do not hold. On termination, confidentiality, IP, indemnity and data-protection clauses are flagged as surviving obligations, with no survival period computed for you.
Three steps.
End to end.
Health cards are read from the analysis and its checklist.
Build the playbook from your positions; edit or delete items.
Use the renewal pack to decide; termination flags the clauses that survive.
