Watermark & DRM
BetaFirm-branded watermarks on shared documents; recipient-tagged prints.
- ✓Firm-branded image or text watermarks
- ✓Per-share recipient tagging
- ✓Trace any leaked print back to the share
- ✓Configurable opacity and placement
What it is.
Apply your firm's logo or text as a watermark on documents shared via the vault. Watermarks are configurable per share — recipient name, timestamp, and 'confidential' marker.
Downstream prints carry the recipient identifier, so a leaked copy can be traced back.
Three steps.
End to end.
Upload your logo or set text watermark in workspace settings.
Add recipient name, timestamp, and confidentiality marker per link.
Every print or download carries the recipient identifier.
What you get.
- ✓Firm-branded image or text watermarks
- ✓Per-share recipient tagging
- ✓Trace any leaked print back to the share
- ✓Configurable opacity and placement
Quick answers.
Visually they can be obscured, but the recipient tag is also embedded in the file's XMP metadata so a forensic check still surfaces the source.
