New Contract — speak a brief, get a draft

Live

Say what you need; LexVio turns it into a drafting brief, asks for what is missing, and drafts only when the brief is complete.

What you get
  • ✓Speech or text becomes a structured brief — never a document directly
  • ✓Names resolved against your own records; a matter is never guessed
  • ✓No assumed governing law, place or currency
  • ✓Rule-based ambiguity questions — forum, side, a date with no year

Overview

What it is.

Dictate or type a request — "an NDA with Acme for two years, mutual". One model call extracts the fields with a confidence each, and everything after that is rules: names are resolved against your clients and counterparties, a matter is never guessed, and nothing about law or money is assumed. A currency, a governing law or a place you did not say is left blank and asked for — the one inference is rupees, from ₹, lakh or crore.

The brief lists what each document type requires and asks one question per missing field. Ambiguities are found by rule: "Delhi jurisdiction" asks whether you mean the courts, the arbitration seat or both, with the consequence of each. The brief names the client you picked. Drafting runs through the drafting studio's own prompt and style pass, with a bracketed placeholder for anything still missing.

How it works

Three steps.
End to end.

01
1. Speak or type

Contracts & Documents › Create & Draft › New Contract. Pick the client; optionally attach an intake request.

02
2. Answer the questions

One question per missing field, in order, with the ambiguities spelt out.

03
3. Draft

When nothing is missing, generate the draft and continue in the Document Editor.

FAQ

Quick answers.

Does it fill in Indian law by default?

No. A governing law you did not state is asked for, not assumed.

Which languages can I dictate in?

English or Hindi, through the same dictation used elsewhere in the app.
