What it is.
Give it a clause and, optionally, the contract type, industry and clause type. It finds the nearest market-reference clauses by meaning, then produces a verdict — above market, at market, below market, or indeterminate — with the reasoning broken out axis by axis and concrete alternative wordings you could use instead.
Indeterminate is a real answer here and it is used. Where there is nothing close enough in the reference set to stand a comparison on, you get that rather than a confident verdict with nothing behind it.
