What it is.
Fifty-three Indian statutory deadlines across eleven regulators — income tax (15), GST (10), MCA (8), SEBI (5), DPDP (3), ESI (3), labour codes (3), FEMA (2), LLP (2), EPF and RBI — each with an RFC-5545 recurrence rule and a citation to the rule that sets it. Seed them into your organisation's calendar in one call, then edit, add and delete freely.
Two things this is not, and both matter. It does not fire reminders: lead times are stored on each event and no job reads them today, so treat this as a researched calendar rather than a compliance workflow. And it encodes the statutory date, not the extended one — when a deadline falls on a holiday and CBIC or MCA extends it by notification, your CA or company secretary handles that. We would rather say so than let you find out in a filing month.
Three steps.
End to end.
One call writes the 53-deadline catalogue into your organisation's calendar with its recurrence rules.
Edit lead times, add your own events, delete the ones that do not apply, attach an event to a matter.
List and filter your calendar through the app. Refresh the catalogue to pick up corrections we publish.

Quick answers.
No, and this is the honest gap in the feature. Each event stores lead times, but no job reads them, so nothing is dispatched to email, WhatsApp or your in-app inbox. Contract obligations, which are a different surface, do have a working reminder job.
The calendar does not move with it. The catalogue encodes the statutory date; ad-hoc extensions by CBIC or MCA notification are yours to apply. We track no holiday calendar and no extension feed.
Not today. Calendar events have no assignee field, and there is no iCal or Google Calendar export.
No. The catalogue is seeded whole and you delete what does not apply. There are no applicability rules driven by entity type, turnover or headcount.
