Due-diligence rooms
LiveBundle a set of contracts into a room, see the aggregate immediately, then run a synthesis across all of them.
- ✓Rooms bundling any set of contracts, with idempotent adds and removes
- ✓Instant aggregate view computed without a model call
- ✓Cross-contract synthesis runs, kept as history rather than overwritten
- ✓Export a run
What it is.
A room is a named bundle of contracts you are looking at together — a target's contract set, a vendor portfolio, a lease book. Adding contracts is idempotent, so building a room up over several sessions does not duplicate anything.
Two levels of answer. The aggregate view is computed from the analyses already done and involves no AI at all, so it is immediate and free: counts, risk distribution, what is in the set. The synthesis run is a Claude pass across the room that produces a written cross-contract read, and every run is kept, so you can see what you asked and what came back, and export it.
Three steps.
End to end.
Name it, give it a status, add contracts. Adding the same contract twice is a no-op.
Computed from existing analyses — no model call, no wait, no cost.
A cross-contract analysis over the room. Runs are listed, re-readable and exportable.

- ✓The room is also what M&A Deal Intelligence runs its transaction-grade pass over
Quick answers.
The room is the container and the general cross-contract read. M&A Deal Intelligence is the SPA and SHA-aware analysis that runs over a room — reps and warranties, indemnity caps, conditions precedent, MAC clauses and the India red-flag report.
No. It is an internal working bundle. Sharing individual documents outside the organisation is done with share links, which have their own controls.
